Implementing performance management

Implementing performance management requires a multidisciplinary approach. On the one hand, there’s the substantive side of the method. That’s very important. But getting things right first time around also means getting various disciplines from within your organization involved. The sooner you involve them, the more smoothly and successfully you’ll be able to implement the system. In any event you’ll need to involve IT (for privacy and security) and employee representatives. 

But there’ll obviously also be other organizational processes and sensitivities to consider. So, as well as good project management, you need to ensure you communicate effectively with everyone involved.
