Last year we had the first release of Teampeak. Based on the lessons learned from our successful product Talent Manager, we have developed a wonderful progressive web application. And our customers responded enthusiastically!

What will you be doing?

We are looking to strengthen our team: a communicative, inquisitive Customer success manager. You are the first point of contact for our customers and you answer questions of a technical and HR-related nature. You also help onboard new customers and guide them in the implementation of Teampeak. Together with Management and Development, you determine the roadmap for new functionalities to be developed. You work closely with Development and prioritize the work. You go along with Sales to close a deal and you provide input to the online marketing activities. Finally, you provide online demos so that prospects can experience the added value of Teampeak.

What will you be doing?

Experience in the HR (tech) industry or strong affinity with it;
Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
At least HBO working & thinking level;
Experience with customer contact and only being satisfied when the customer is;
Able to work independently and being thrown in at the deep end is something you find stimulating;
Proactive and gets involved with the rest of the organization both solicited and unsolicited;
‘Digital-first’ and navigate fluently through Office and other applications.

It is also appreciated if you have experience in the HR (tech) industry or have an affinity with it. An open and communicative character is important and there is also room to get involved with the organization outside of your primary duties. You can work independently and are willing to get to know our products from A to Z. We often work remotely from home and once a week from our office in Bunnik. As of 2023, we will have a characteristic and easily accessible office in Bussum (next to the railway station).
