Teampeak is developed by TMS B.V., Talent Management Solutions. We are HR tech fanatics with a mission. We truly believe that talent management can be so much better, more pleasant, and easier. With this driving force, we enjoy starting our working day every day. Each from their own discipline. Customer success, to shape a smooth and customized implementation together with customers. UX Design to create the most intuitive application. Development to develop lightning-fast and reliable software. Marketing to create more fans of our philosophy.

 TMS saw the light of day in 2019. Miente Bakker, CEO of TMS and co-Founder of Talent Manager, turned this successful performance management application into an independent entity. With this and with the development of Teampeak, TMS can fulfill its mission to further improve talent management on a daily basis.

1. Introductory meeting

We schedule a meeting with possibly your future colleague(s). You determine the location, so we can also meet up in your area

2. Assignment

We are of course curious about your working method, so we have prepared a suitable assignment for you. You can complete this at home.

3. Meeting with immediate colleagues

After you have completed the assignment, we will schedule a meeting with whom you will be working the most.

4. Offer

If there is a match, we will make you an offer. You can read it at your leisure and then we will sign it together.
